It is essential that our products are serviced annually and our Caprice Bath is Loler Tested every 6 months.  We also provide repair services when things are not working as they should. 

By carrying out preventative maintenance, you preserve your warranty, ensure optimal product performance, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Any engineers working on our products need to be technically trained by Reval and only genuine Reval parts are used. If you need to verify this you can contact us.  We only work on our own products.
